摘要

本文以我作为项目经理负责南风集团ERP供应信息系统开发实施项目为例,讨论了人力资源管理在项目管理中的重要性。该项目是南风集团信息技术总体规划中的重要组成部分,核心目的是实现企业物资从采购、库存、财务的一体化管理。项目历时将近一年,项目干系人众多,项目投入巨大近2000万。 这里主要论述项目管理在人力资源管理方面的内容。项目在人力资源方面主要采用了制订人力资源管理计划、组建项目团队、项目团队建设、项目团队管理等方面的措施。

Abstract

This article takes me as the project manager responsible for the development project of the ERP supply information system of Nanfeng Group as an example, discusses the importance of human resource management in project management. This project is an important part of Nanfeng Group's overall information technology planning. The core purpose is to realize the integrated management of enterprise materials from procurement, inventory and finance. The project lasted nearly one year, and there were many stakeholders in the project. The project invested hugely nearly 20 million. Here mainly discusses the content of project management in human resource management. In terms of human resources, the project mainly adopts measures for formulating human resource management plan, forming project team, project team building, and project team management.
